If you utilize either of the contact forms on this website, we collect a limited amount of personal data. This information is sent directly to Waddell & Sons for the sole purpose of responding to a request for bid. The only required personal information that we ask for includes: First and Last Name, Email Address and Phone Number. None of this information is stored in our website. In addition, we also inquire as to what type of project and plans you have in mind, and provide an area for a brief message. We keep contact form submissions for customer service purposes, and do not use the information submitted through them for third-party marketing purposes.

Because we do not provide a comment section, shopping cart nor any way to create an account through our site, we do not offer nor set cookies. Having said that, if you were to offer our employees freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, either on-site or for take-home, we would be most grateful for your generosity, provided we aren’t trying to reduce our intake of sweets and/or calories.
